Undergo rigorous fatigue and vibration testing after production, along with stress testing. Additionally, test runs are conducted on specialized testing equipment.
We operate a 4,500-square-meter facility with a total of 50 employees, including 15 specialized in research and development. The factory is equipped with a wide array of advanced production and testing equipment to ensure that every product leaving our facility meets strict delivery standards.
Egobike is equipped with comprehensive production and testing lines, including but not limited to assembly lines, frame alignment equipment, motor performance testing devices, charge and discharge testers, battery capacity and lifespan testing equipment, electronic control debugging tools, balance adjustment systems, brake system installation and testing devices, appearance inspection instruments, and coordinate measuring machines, among others.
